Canada Getting Spaceport But The Spacecraft Uses Highly Toxic Fuel

Canada could be getting a spaceport in Nova Scotia with the Tsyklon-4 spacecraft made by a Ukrainian company. The spacecraft uses UDMH which is a derivative of hydrazine, a highly toxic fuel. Canada could have a Spaceport launching spacecraft with biodegradable energy but the government is preventing development of cheap biodegradable energy and preventing the economy from doing better. I don't make enough money working in a wood shop to have a company competing launching spacecraft with biodegradable energy, the government prevents more business in the economy, Ceawe could be making more money along with a lot of people and businesses, but the government is against the economy growing more and having the fossil fuel industry replaced.
