Report of Shot Fired at Sundowner in Niagara Falls

At 1:15am September 29, 2019 2 officers were called to Lundy's Lane and Garner Road in Niagara Falls after a report of a shot fired. 32 year old Dwight Hutchinson of the City of Scarborough is facing alleged charges including Possession of a prohibited firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, Possession of a loaded prohibited firearm, Possession of a firearm knowing serial number has been tampered with, Discharge firearm with intent to endanger life, and Unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
