Cannabis should be investigated more for helping with the coronavirus. Cannabis is well documented in science to help with a lot of different health problems, lots of good cannabis can activate the CB2 receptor which activates fat burning in cells, which might make it more difficult for the coronavirus to have as big of an impact, thus save lives and reduce the number of people who are hospitalized. If cannabis can provide any relief why isn't it being used to help save lives during this pandemic? Coronaviruses appear to weaken over time when they evolve but it hasn't been a year yet so the potential for lots of people to get sick is there.
