The catholic church claimed they couldn't prevent genocide in Nazi Germany to speak out against discrimination because fear of Nazis. Pedophile priests seem to be caught or under investigation too often with so many reports coming out over the years, but the far right and religious extremists try and misdirect by accusing LGBT+ people of being "groomers." Pope Francis spread misinformation claiming "Gender ideology, at this time, is one of the most dangerous ideological colonizations." The Pope is using dehumanizing language, people are born LGBT+. When people refer to "gender ideology," it's nonsense like the word woke meant to divide people, there is clear science the church is ignoring. Trans/LGBT+ people are not identifying as whatever we want. During the dark ages the catholic church kept the masses ignorant, and in the dark of science, and in 2023 the church is doing the same keeping people in the dark of science how babies are born. All human embryos start as female, the brain develops after the body, trans women are literally born with a female brain. Receptors in the brain are responsible for making the brain masculine, without a surge of testosterone in the womb, the brain is feminine and not a male brain, when the body is different than the mind, it causes gender dysphoria. Thankfully we have modern medicine that helps save lives and improves the quality of life of many people, in Canada around 1% of the population is trans. Religion has been one of the biggest, if not the biggest source of bigotry, hatred and discrimination in all of human history. This wouldn't be the first time the catholic church opposed science, the church used to oppose science how the earth rotates around the sun and lock people up for trying to spread knowledge. The church used to burn women alive for being "witches." When the pope is comparing transgender/LGBT+ to dangerous ideological colonization at a time the far right are calling to eradicate trans people, he and the Catholic Church are in essence fueling genocidal language in 2023. Full Stop.

The catholic church just demonstrated they are transphobic, and have a biased conflict of interest against science. 1 in 6 hospitals in the United States are catholic, if the religious ideology is causing trans people to not get the medical care they need to not suffer in the United States, it could be worse in countries that are even more dominated by the religion, where people don't enjoy the same freedoms we do here in Canada where I live. Catholic Medical Association members wrote a majority of Florida's anti-trans reports the other year for Medicaid and declared a faith-based commitment opposed to any transition care. Florida and several other red states have passed authoritarian laws against trans rights, parents even had to fight back from the state trying to check women's menstrual cycles! Laws based off misinformation, forcing religious belief onto people. The Nazis censored transgender/LGBT+ information and committed genocide against Jewish people and other minorities, they eradicated minorities and had support for it from the catholic church who never opposed it then at the time, even when not under Nazi rule the catholic church still discriminates against minorities and fuels the genocidal language happening in the public. Even if there weren't republican MAGA supporters calling for eradication, the pope suggesting gender ideology is one of the most dangerous ideological colonizations, is in itself suggesting the LGBT+ community is somehow a threat, there have been people seeing trans/LGBT+ people as a threat to society for a very long time and has resulted in violence and murder. Catholic ideology has colonized so much over time, Joan of Arc was hated by the catholic church, she wore mens clothing, even if it was for her missions, the church opposed people dressing in clothes not normally wore by that sex. There have been extremists against trans rights making bomb threats at schools and hospitals in the United States and Canada! With that going on how could the catholic church pour gasoline on a fire?

Here below are some quotes from Pope Francis in the interview with LA NACION:
LA NACION - And when did you lose patience?

Pope Francis - More than once. It did not appear in the newspapers, but more than once. You want to strangle (laughs)... but don't worry, we walk slowly and these processes will slowly take place.

LA NACION - In your programmatic document, Evangelii Gaudium , you spoke of the conversion of the papacy… Do you feel that you made this conversion? You do not embody the king pope, he is a pope without frills, he is a closer, more open and humble pope. Or, what other change would you make of the papacy?

Pope Francis - I would say that the conversion of the papacy did not begin with me. If one wanted to mark sectors in this last stage, it began with Paul VI, who was the first to travel, for example. He is a conversion of the Ministry of Peter, a man who received the inheritance of all the previous ones and received the end of the Council and set it in motion. A great, a saint. If we talk about the most modern papacy today with new ways of being, Saint Paul VI is the first. And there he began, with his nuances, to one side and to the other, he went forward. Saint John Paul II, the great evangelizer; John Paul I, the little that we were able to enjoy, the close pastor who wanted to put an end to certain things that were not going well and Benedict has a wide range in his teaching, a brave man. He was the first pope to officially address the issue of abuse. A great theologian but he was going down the line. I miss Benedicto because he was a company.

LA NACION - You were just talking about John Paul II and the abuses... I don't know if you know that just this week a tremendous scandal broke out in Poland because they showed a documentary where a document appears, a letter that he wrote to Cardinal Wojtyła as Krakow's cardinal from Vienna, König, if he could receive a priest, who was finally an abuser and there is a whole scandal in Poland about this. A book also came out… My question is, was he canonized too quickly?

Pope Francis - You have to put things back in their time. Anachronism always does evil. At that time everything was covered. Until the Boston scandal, everything was covered up. When the Boston thing happened, the Church began to look at that problem. The Church was always very faithful from that moment to clarifying things. The solution was to change it to the local priest, or at most, reduce it if there was no solution, but without scandal. Which unfortunately is still being done today when this happens in families and in the neighborhood. To think that 42%, more or less, are international figures, it occurs in the family and in the neighborhood. Then comes school. And there it is still covered today so as not to generate conflict, it is a way of proceeding. The Church did that too, cover up, relocate... sometimes there was no other choice and it was removed and that was definitively done, but it meant sending it elsewhere.

LA NACION - In fact, there are those who say that in this letter that Wojtyla wrote to König in which he told him that the priest was going to study psychology, there was a coded way of saying that he was an abuser... because it came out of the archives.

Pope Francis - I don't know the case, but it was usual. To cover it up or directly when it was seen that it had no remedy was to send it out. Cover. As today it is still done in families unfortunately. When it is the uncle, the grandfather, the neighbor, they are serious problems in the family. Thank God that Benedict was the first to uncover the matter of the Legionnaires. He was brave. Today the Church took this. After the Boston scandal, but then the Church began to take this new attitude... Taking the bull by the horns.

Politics around the world is mainly dominated by religious belief, and many families function based on religious belief, abuse in religious families is not unheard of. So the pope being transphobic and claiming gender ideology is one of the worst ideological colonizations has massive implications some of which won't go away even if the pope condemns what he just said and apologizes like a human being should, but that would still be better than silence from the catholic church and the pope to allow abuse. How can they want us to believe them that they are honest and genuine when they apologized for supporting genocide multiple times in history (example: Nazi Germany), when they actively fuel genocidal anti-trans language in real time in 2023 that is getting more popular in the United States, and possibly or already existing in other countries in the world that don't have freedoms like in North America. I'm seriously worried about this. Share this with everyone, history needs to be taught, there are people who want trans people to suffer, and some don't even want us to exist, you don't see the pope condemning misinformation dividing people against transgender people and the whole LGBT+ community in general so much when there has been a clear rise of discrimination happening. You can't claim to stand up against discrimination then take part in it, that's called lying. You don't see churches opposing anti-trans laws and language so much, you see religious people protesting LGBT+ events and schools more and more often making kids uncomfortable while scandals of priests sexually assaulting and abusing children is obviously happening in the church, in fact many priests are openly homophobic or transphobic to LGBT+ kids.

A lot of religious news websites are spreading misinformation and oppose trans women in sports, they are very transphobic in the way they talk about biological sex, and they deny science how trans women have a biologically feminine brain! Some countries and corrupt states banned trans care for children even though non-trans kids sometimes go on puberty blockers too, and it's already a long process for trans kids to go on puberty blockers, some states are now trying to target trans care for adults, as if adults can't make up their own mind. When you consider many U.S. red states oppose trans kids being able to access puberty blockers from a doctor after therapy, they are actually opposed to science one of the claims they make of trans women having an advantage in sports because of the body, puberty blockers would prevent bone structure changes, so the whole opposition to trans women in sports is not a science based approach at all, some people may not realize that because the misinformation has gone mainstream, and if media repeat a lie to divide people against human rights enough, some people just believe it without any research or knowledge of science.

People who can afford the time and or money should consider protesting this at the Vatican or consider joining a peaceful protest at churches who oppose LGBT+ rights, and document evidence of such protests being covered up or suppressed if necessary. Even making or sharing posts online can help. There is a lot of history with the catholic church people just don't know, there are still a lot of documents kept secret at the Vatican, stuff they would rather the public not know.

In 1302, Pope Boniface VIII declared by edict that every human creature shall be subject(slaves) to the pope.
"Furthermore, we declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff."
- Pope Boniface VIII, 1302
For centuries popes were declared ruler of the world in public, the Cardinal would place the tiara on the popes head and say "Receive the tiara adorned with three crowns and know that thou art Father of princes and kings, Ruler of the world, Vicar of our Savior Jesus Christ." A tribute coin minted under Emperor Tiberius (14-37 A.D.) said "CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVSTVS" on the front and on the back read PONTIF MAXIM. A papal medal proclaimed Pope John XXIII to be the reigning "Pontifex Maximus" on the front and "Obedience and Peace" on the back. The highest office for the pagan pantheon in the Roman Empire was Pontifex Maximus or Supreme Pontiff, held by Roman Caesars!

I am not religious, yes Jesus existed, but even I know the bible says stuff like do onto others as you do yourself, god loves all, translations could have easily diluted some meanings over time especially when some bibles are based off versions that were translated so many times and there is some inconsistency in some bibles having different wording. The historical record suggests maybe the Roman Empire had made a few changes when they introduced Christianity as the main religion before the collapse of the Roman Empire, cannabis and hemp were common in those times, cannabis medicine had been used in Egypt for thousands of years, the church has had a conflict of interest against the cannabis/hemp plant for quite some time obviously because of a belief, is it a possibility such information was omitted from the bible? The evidence points to yes it has been, how can one of the first cultivated crops in the development of civilization possibly be missing from the bible? Exactly my point. The pope admitted the church had in the past lied covered up scandals of sexual abuse, this has likely been going on for over a thousand years in churches, and hasn't stopped.
