Movie and Music Purchases

Although many computers have Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome installed, you are responsible to see if your computer meets the minimum system requirements to be able to play your purchase. There are no refunds if your purchase does not play on your computer, you may need to update and get a recently updated version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to play the video.

- Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (Internet Explorer is not supported yet)

You can install the latest version of Mozilla Firefox on this website, or Google Chrome can be downloaded here. Videos may still play on devices or Operating systems not mentioned, Ceawe just does not offer full support for problems playing videos for all devices and operating systems.

If your purchase does not go through right away, please allow up to 24 hours or longer for your purchase to be verified, if not contact the website administrator for help.

Streaming HD Movies
Streaming HD movies may play in a format of 1920x1080. SD movies play in a resolution of 640x360. HD movies take longer to load and look a lot better. Depending on your internet connection, you may want to let the video pause and load for a few minutes or longer before playing without interruption. HD movies might load by default or there might not be an option for lower resolution.

Rentals
Movie rentals begin when you first load the video and last 48 hours, or 2 days.
